Megan Riley

Megan brings a wealth of industry knowledge, experience and a strong understanding of the Hennessy business to her role supporting the General Manager and wider team. Having been part of the agency for a number of years and worked across different areas of real estate, she understands how the many moving parts of the business come together and takes pride in creating structure and support behind the scenes.

As Hennessy continues to grow, Megan sees her role as making things easier for the people around her. Whether anticipating what’s needed, keeping things organised, solving problems or making sure the smaller details don’t get lost amongst the bigger picture, her focus is on helping the team operate at their best so they can give their time and attention to their clients.

Megan strongly values the authenticity and accountability at the heart of Hennessy. She believes creating an environment where people can be themselves, communicate honestly and work towards a shared goal builds genuine trust within the team and, ultimately, a better experience for clients. While she may not always work directly with clients, Megan hopes the impact of her role is felt through an experience that is seamless, personal and genuinely cared for.

Born and raised in Gunnedah, Megan has a strong sense of connection to the community she calls home and feels fortunate to now be building her career and raising her own family in the same town she grew up in. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her fiancé and their son, enjoying weekends away, time outdoors, catching up with family and friends, and finding a quiet moment to get lost in a good book.
