Kate Paton

Kate brings a warm, grounded and highly organised approach to her role as Executive Assistant to our Principal at Hennessy Real Estate. Working closely alongside Ben and the wider Hennessy Real Estate team, Kate prides herself on being the calm in the chaos, supporting the many moving parts of a fast paced business with a proactive, purposeful and productive approach.

Authenticity and accountability are values that strongly resonate with Kate. Naturally humble, down-to-earth and approachable, she believes in building genuine relationships based on honesty, trust and consistency. Having experienced real estate as a client herself many times over, Kate understands the importance of feeling seen, heard and valued and is committed to creating a positive experience for every client and colleague she works with.

Kate and her family chose to call Gunnedah home for its strong sense of community, friendly faces, wide-open spaces and beautiful country sunsets. She loves the connection and familiarity that comes with living in a small country community and the lifestyle it provides for her family. Outside of work, Kate enjoys slow mornings and spending quality time with family and friends. Weekends are often spent at the farm with the kids and their cousins, riding motorbikes and toasting marshmallows around the campfire, or escaping to Port Macquarie for family time and a swim at the beach.
