Dominique Hodgkinson

Dom brings experience, leadership and a genuine passion for people to her role as Property Management Operations Manager at Hennessy Real Estate. Originally joining the team as a Senior Property Manager, Dom has grown into a leadership role focused on strengthening the systems, processes and support behind Hennessy’s Property Management team.

Based in the Moree office, Dom works closely with the Property Management teams across Moree, Narrabri and Gunnedah to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service and results for their clients. She particularly values the opportunity to work hands-on with the team, listening to their feedback and continually looking for ways to improve how Hennessy operates and the experience provided to landlords and tenants.

Authenticity and accountability are values that strongly resonate with Dom. For her, being part of Hennessy means working alongside people who genuinely care about their clients, customers and each other, while also having the confidence to hold themselves accountable and continually strive to do better. Above all, Dom wants her clients to feel cared for and confident that their property and their needs are in capable hands.

Having grown up in Moree, Dom has a deep connection to the community she calls home. She loves the genuine, caring nature of the people and the way the community comes together to support one another. Outside of work, Dom enjoys spending time with her partner and their fur babies, travelling whenever the opportunity arises and taking time away to recharge.
