Courtney is the Business Development Manager at Hennessy Real Estate, bringing a warm, professional and relationship-focused approach to her role.

For Courtney, working in a business built on authenticity and accountability means being part of a team that genuinely cares about people. She believes honesty, transparency and follow-through are essential to building positive relationships, and these values motivate her to consistently provide a high level of service while representing the agency with professionalism and care.

While Courtney’s role focuses on growing the rental portfolio, she sees her purpose as much more than business development. Her passion lies in building lasting relationships with property owners, guiding them through the transition from homeowner to investor, and ensuring they feel supported and confident from the very first interaction.

Working closely across both the Property Management and Sales teams, Courtney acts as a bridge between departments to help create a seamless experience for clients. She provides rental appraisals, market advice and guidance on rental returns, while helping owners understand how to maximise the performance of their investment. Beyond securing new managements, Courtney also supports the Property Management team wherever needed, helping maintain strong client relationships and ensuring every investor feels valued throughout their journey with the agency.

Born and raised in Gunnedah, Courtney has a deep connection to the local community. After spending several years living in different states and cities, she returned home to raise her daughter surrounded by family, lifelong friends and the close-knit support of the region. Courtney loves the friendly smiles, familiar faces and genuine sense of connection that make Gunnedah so special.

Outside of work, Courtney is family-oriented and loves spending time with her eight-year-old daughter, her “mini me”, as well as her extended family. She enjoys reading, strong coffee, gardening, relaxing at home, and movie nights in fluffy slippers and dressing gowns.
